Regulars will notice that after a few days absence, he's changed his style quite a bit. The white and angelic wings are gone, replaced instead by perhaps more appropriate bat-like wings. He did go home for a bit, after all, and it was an interesting experience, to say the least. Still, it's a busy weekend as usual, and there are food, drinks and music aplenty. Meet someone new or come with your friends. So in the comic, Lucifer is a true magnificent bastard, which means things (eventually) go his way, all the time. It's a part of his character! And being a part of his character, at least being super cautious and generally proactive is a part of being IC. In asgardeventide his powers are taken away, which of course includes the actual implementation of the occult, but that doesn't take away Lucifer's knowledge of it.

As such, Lux was half created as a bar, and half as a potential stronghold for him, should he ever get some of his power back. Because he's ridiculous and definitely patient, to say the least. He waited for the perfect opportunity to leave Hell, after all, and that was a long gig.

These probably won't mean anything, unless an event comes up where he gets some of his power back, but having them listed makes me feel better/more IC, haha.
