What: Weekends at the Lux; I'm going to be posting a log every other week for general mingling at the Lux! Drink with friends, drink alone, or come for the music. There's lots of options to meet people!

Where: Lux, in the Baldr District

Welcome to Lux —

Jazz drifts through the air, setting the atmosphere that Lucifer has very carefully crafted as usual. Regulars will notice that after a few days absence, he's changed his style quite a bit. The white and angelic wings are gone, replaced instead by perhaps more appropriate bat-like wings. He did go home for a bit, after all, and it was an interesting experience, to say the least.

Still, it's a busy weekend as usual, and there are food, drinks and music aplenty. Meet someone new or come with your friends. Either way, as long as you behave, anyone (of any age) is welcome enough in the Devil's bar.

[Maybe you're getting some air after drinking a bit too much, or maybe you're waiting to get inside. Either way, you're outside.]

[The food is upperclass bar fare, but the drinks are what's more impressive. The bartender will make you a great martini, sure, but you may be pleased to find your home's alcohol of choice amongst the drinks. If you ask how, the barman will just shrug. But that may have to do with the owner.

Non-alcoholic drinks are also offered, but adventurous teenagers will find that they'll be given a drink with no questions. Just don't get too drunk, since you might just get thrown out.

This is also the prime opportunity to chat up that person sitting next to you. I mean, just check out those legs...]

[If you don't feel like hanging around the bar, luckily there's comfortable seating as well. This is a better place to chat with people you know, and even people you don't know. After all, the bar has the problem of attracting the barflies.

This is also known as the catch-all mingling thread.]

[The music isn't half bad either, and there's a fair variety of it throughout the night. Maybe you'd just like to sit and enjoy the music, or even chat with the performer after they've finished.]
